I can say if you use it for steel, it perfectly work and can wash out oil very easily without much effort! However, if it use on metal appliances, it does not work at all! So when you decide to purchase, you should aware not everything inside the kitchen can use this detergents to clean up! But you want to clean steel stuff, strongly recommended!
